The play centres around a Syrian refugee called Majhul who, wishing to escape the dire circumstances in his homeland, gets cheated and then blinded by corrupt people traffickers. This is the first of several life-changing encounters for him. Driven by restless dreams of meeting someone who can cure his blindness, he leaves his home and sets out across the desert in search of a new life...
